Refund Eligibility Criteria
Refunds are available under specific circumstances that we evaluate on a case-by-case basis. Our goal is fair treatment while maintaining program integrity.
Program withdrawal within 14 days of enrollment with less than 20% content accessed
Technical issues that prevent program access for more than 7 consecutive days
Medical circumstances with appropriate documentation
Program cancellation by CortexGleamFlow due to insufficient enrollment
Important Note
Refunds are not available once you've completed more than 30% of the program content or after 30 days from enrollment, whichever comes first.

Refund amounts depend on timing and circumstances. We process refunds through the same method used for original payment whenever possible.
Full refund: Available within first 7 days with minimal content access
Partial refund: Calculated based on unused content after administrative fee deduction
Credit transfer: Option to apply payment toward future programs within 12 months
Processing fees: Bank or payment processor fees are deducted from refund amount
Payment Method Information
Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days. Bank transfers may take 7-14 business days depending on your financial institution. PayPal refunds are usually immediate once processed.
Special Circumstances
We understand that unexpected situations can affect your ability to complete educational programs. Here's how we handle special cases.
Medical emergencies requiring hospitalization or extended treatment
Family emergencies that prevent program completion
Technical platform failures lasting more than one week
Deployment or relocation for military personnel
Each special circumstance requires appropriate documentation. We evaluate these requests individually and may offer extended access, partial refunds, or program transfers based on the situation.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain program components and services cannot be refunded once accessed or delivered. This protects our intellectual property while maintaining clear boundaries.
